Center for Young Scientist and Graduate Empowerment for Entrepreneurship and Employment

An AFYS initiative dedicated to aligning graduate skills with market demands, fostering innovation, and driving employment in line with Egypt's Vision 2030.

Strategic Objective

The center aims to fundamentally bridge the gap between graduates' skills and the dynamic demands of the labor market. We achieve this by designing and implementing targeted training programs that enhance scientific, creative, and critical thinking. A key part of our strategy is establishing robust communication channels with academic institutions and employers to create a seamless ecosystem for student training, mentorship, and employment.

Key Challenges We Address:

  • Training youth with modern, in-demand skills beyond traditional curricula.
  • Fostering an entrepreneurial mindset over rote learning.
  • Adapting university education to the evolving, practical needs of the labor market.

Core Work Axes

Aligned with Egypt's Vision 2030, our work focuses on:

Quality and Accreditation: We spearhead competitive projects to ensure sustainable self-development in education, research, and community service. Initiatives include developing joint programs with international universities and advancing community projects to achieve academic and administrative excellence.

Competitive Student Projects: We design programs that encourage innovation and creativity among students, enhancing their competitiveness. This fosters student engagement, supports national economic growth, and nurtures essential entrepreneurial skills.
