Founder of both the Arab Foundation for Young Scientists and the Egyptian Water Bank, Prof. Dr. El-Sadek connects scientific potential with strategic implementation. His expertise in water resource management and his commitment to empowering young researchers drive the dual mission of the two organisations.
He chairs the steering committee of the Suez Canal Economic Zone Workforce Training Centre alongside Virginia Tech and the Suez Canal Economic Zone, and has described the foundation's origins as inspired by the example of Dr. Ahmed Zewail.
